It is finally February y’all! January felt like it took absolutely forever to get thru especially the last 2 weeks. What’s nice is February started on a Saturday and that’s my normal weigh in day. I lost 1.7 pounds this past week for a total of 6.1 pounds lost. YAY! The goal is to lose a pound or two each week for as long as I can. It’ll take me forever to reach my goal of being between 115 pounds and 130 pounds but I didn’t gain the weight overnight either. It’s not going to come off overnight. I also slept for over 8 hours last night which doesn’t happen very often.

My goals for February is to get under, and stay under, the 250 pound mark. I am currently at 252.3 so it’ll happen within a week or two. I want to hit my 5K steps every day. I missed 3 days last month which isn’t bad but my goal is 5K steps. Wyatt and I have a 5K March 16th and I want to start training for that. I’ll start by going on walks just about every day. I want to incorporate weight lifting and yoga/stretching as well 2-3 days a week each. I want to do a 5K on the rowing machine a week. I am less than a mile away from finishing up a 26.2 mile virtual race. If we go fishing today that’ll be what I’m going to work on. It did rain last night so I don’t know what the lake at church looks like or what the weather is going to be like.

I checked my monthly food stamps money, which with the recent federal spending freeze I was worried about that and I’m still worried about if my kids medications are going to be covered as we are on Medicaid. Wyatt’s doctor just sent in an increase of his medication yesterday that I’m still waiting on to be filled. I’ll ask when I go get Elijah’s medications if his isn’t ready by then. I am going to be getting the amount I am supposed to in food stamps on the 10th. My goal for that since February is a shorter month is to do a little bit of batch cooking and some freezer crockpot meals for the days I don’t necessarily feel like cooking. I can just dump and go and still have a good meal. I’ll be looking on YouTube and Pinterest for the freezer crockpot meals. Last summer I did buy a Ditch the Drive thru e-book off of one of my Facebook friends that I’ll get printed out. There are a bunch of recipes that look good. It has the freezer meals for the crockpot that I am looking for. It’s the only thing left on her website. She used to do classes which I was never able to take. She’s onto new adventures now. She has recently moved as well. When I get the ink for my printer  I’ll print out the e-book and put it into a binder so I can have it on hand. It even has a sheet to meal plan. I found a few other things between YouTube and Pinterest.

I want to continue to grow my social media. I don’t post much on TikTok but I do on Facebook on my page and I go live in my group. I post almost daily on my YouTube vlogging channel. I am going to continue to blog about coaches. I did find a channel that covers different coaches and scams. I personally don’t want to be one of those coaches that over promises and under delivers. I have an education. Be on the lookout for more coaching blogs.
