Challenge and Program Thoughts

I want to create a program that actually works and that is meant for the right people. Programs and challenges are formed based on personal experiences of the designer. Health and fitness is also not a one size fits all or cookie cutter thing. It is as individual as each individual. What works for one person doesn’t work for another person. What is the same is we all want to be the best version of ourselves that we can possibly be for not only our families and friends but for ourselves.

There are a ton of programs out there from a ton of people and it’s difficult to sift thru all of them and find that one that you can relate to and can actually afford. It seems like once you find the “right” program that checks off all of your boxes and it seems like a dream and way too good to be true and it is something that you want to do but you get to the price tag and it’s like there is no way I can afford this program even if it’s the perfect one. One that promises you’ll lose weight. The program asks all of the right questions and it’s jaw dropping how accurate the description is and you really feel like deep down that the program is meant and designed for you and the only thing blocking you from doing this program is the price of it. If you have no money coming in then you definitely can’t get the program. If money is extremely tight and you barely have enough for everything then the program has to wait. The only way you can get a program is if you have enough money to pay for it in full or make payments. It’s so frustrating to be in a position to not be able to get the program. But at the same time how do you know this program is actually going to work even if you put in the work and follow the directions to an absolute T? You are out that money. I know a lot of program success comes from putting in every effort possible on your end. The person who designed the program can claim it’s the end all cure all but if you don’t actually put in the effort it’s not going to work. One of the things that I worry about when signing up for a program if it’s actually the right fit. Am I going to mesh well with the person who designed it? Are our energies going to match and are we going to get along? I have been on calls for a program that I wanted more information on and ended up wanting to leave the call early because I didn’t like the vibe of the other person or I didn’t like the program or I wasn’t getting the answers needed despite asking specific questions.

What am I looking for in a program or challenge? One that is specific to my needs. One that is also fun. One that I can actually afford when I have the money. One that is actually worth my time and money. One that deals with issues. A program or challenge that doesn’t over promise or over hype and underdelivers. One with a leader that I can mesh with and has a supportive community as well.

On Facebook I have joined groups that have been so supportive and I have gotten answers and I stay with them. I have created a group that I am striving to have a supportive community. I have also joined groups that were incredibly judgmental and I ended up leaving those groups. There are a ton of groups on Facebook.

In everything I do I want to be honest and bring value into the lives of others.
